So much is within a kilometer, from food and shopping to clubs, and the staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the place has a lovely character despite being simple. For the price, it’s the best I’ve found, unbelievably affordable. I’d happily stay again 😊

We only spent five days here, but I still miss the relaxed, homey feel. The owner was friendly and easy to talk to, and Ayala and other malls are nearby. It’s a great pick if you’re watching your budget, and I’ll definitely come back :)

The quiet surroundings helped me feel relaxed while getting ready for my IELTS exam. I also liked the old-fashioned, rustic look, and there’s a pungko-pungko just around the corner for home-cooked food. I stayed two nights and found it a great affordable option within walking distance of Ayala Center.

I first stayed here in 2001 and came back recently. It still feels just like before, rustic and comfortable, with that at-home feel. My one wish is that breakfast came with real coffee instead of 3-in-1 ☕ :)

For 950 Peso, the city room is outstanding value. This family-run pension is spread over four floors and is inexpensive but comfortable. It’s quiet and clean, close to Ayala Mall, and has hot showers, air con, breakfast, and BBQs.
