I’m Inn Hotel Sorsogon near SM/Terminal

The place is nice and quiet, and the AC keeps the room cool. The Wi-Fi was weak, though. As a traveler, I need to stay in touch with people I know, so I’m giving it 3 stars and hope they can improve the connection.

The location is great and the amenities are good, but I encountered bed bugs. They moved me to another room, though there wasn’t any proactive service recovery. They’re also quite strict about check-in and check-out policies.

The room was good, with a hot and cold shower, an electric kettle, and a coffee cup. The bed was the part I didn’t like. Even in the deluxe room, there were only three single beds. I think it should have at least a queen-size bed.

We found this small hotel right on the highway during a long drive, just when our driver was exhausted. It was a real blessing. It’s across from SM City, and the desk clerk is there around the clock. The front parking fills quickly, but there’s a small secure lot at the back. The hotel is modern, clean, and feels quite safe, since you need the front desk to buzz you in through the doors. It has hot water, a flat-screen TV, and split-type AC. Service was quick too, including when we asked for extra soap and tissue. I’d stay again, though the price felt a little high: I paid 2,000 for 12 hours, while 24 hours costs 2,500. For a half-day, I’d expect 1,250.
