We stayed five nights, four people across two rooms, and had no major problems. One room was noticeably larger, with a big living area that worked well as a place for us all to gather. The central location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There’s free coffee and tea around the clock, but no breakfast, which suited us perfectly. The paid airport shuttle was convenient and reliable. We did hear some train noise, though it was manageable and rarely bothered us at night. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location is really convenient, and the recently renovated rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly too. My sleep was affected by the small bed and the very stiff, uncomfortable pillows.

The room was cramped, with no desk, and the toilet was disgusting. It was dirty and noisy from the trains. The quality is nowhere near what I’d expect from a 3 star hotel.

The trains are the main thing to know about: the property is above a metro station, so you can hear and feel the vibrations. There’s nothing they can do about that, but light sleepers should keep it in mind. The room itself was clean and renovated, with working AC, and the staff were friendly. The beds were extremely narrow, just 65 cm - 70 cm, compared with a standard 90 cm single. The spring mattresses felt bouncy and uncomfortable, and the pillows were high and stiff.
