I went in expecting less after reading so many bad reviews, but the place turned out much better than I thought. It’s small, though it has the essentials, and the location is hard to beat. Check-in is available 24 hours, and the price is incredibly low. I slept well. Just be aware that the bathroom was a little dusty and the shower space was super tiny. Good for travelling on a shoestring if you’re not expecting a hotel suite.

The location is super convenient, but the place feels a bit shifty, and there’s a musty, mouldy smell. The rooms need some care. With renovations or redecorating, this could be a great place.

The reception man was quite rude, and wouldn't even let a friend in when they were just coming to pick us up. The whole place smelled of urine and damp, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms and dusty facilities were dirty. Disgusting place. Such a shame to pay for it. A horrible experience.

The location is great, and it did the job, but the room was in pretty rough condition. At 50€ a night it felt way overpriced, even in Portugal’s capital.

This is an old apartment turned into a hotel, and it doesn't compare with Lisbon’s hostels. The owners seem shady to me. They refuse to issue invoices and exploit third-party booking services. I'd advise staying away.
