The rooftop pool was great, and the rooms were nice. Coffee and snacks were a welcome extra, too. Havelock MRT is about a four-minute walk away, and Great World shopping centre is around eight minutes on foot. The gym and kids club weren't available, so advertising them as amenities is ridiculous. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, and the staff came across as unwelcoming. There were maintenance problems as well, including a lift that wasn't working from the pool and broken tiles in the pool area. I'd still recommend a stay here, but they need to maintain those areas to keep up the standard they're aiming for.

We stayed at LK Residences while our home was being repainted, and it made a comfortable refuge. Our family of four had a one-bedroom apartment with enough space and the basic amenities. The king bed was comfortable; the sofa bed less so, but it worked for us. The price was very affordable, and the place was generally clean. We liked the snacks and drinks in the lobby, and the location made it easy to walk to Tiong Bahru, Great World City and the Singapore River. We had a good time exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful in person, though email responses were slow. The shampoo could be better.

The rooms were clean and thoughtfully laid out, and the price seemed reasonable. The kitchen has no salt and the washing machine comes without detergent, so plan to get those yourself. The sofa bed is quite worn, with a mattress that has lost its shape and wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The location is decent, but the property sits between two roads and has just one entrance, which can confuse taxi drivers. Still, I personally think it's a good option.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the location is convenient. But service was a letdown: during our six-day, five-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. We were told cleaning is provided twice for stays of seven nights or more. At over $500 a night, that's not good enough. The limited service should be made VERY clear before booking, or guests should be contacted and offered a refund if it doesn't suit them. As with many hotels, the photos seem to be from when it first opened, and fixtures are starting to look dated. Shower drainage was poor, and the sofas and other items in the common areas were dirty and need replacing.
