Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

Even with just one night in Bangkok, it was easy to make the most of our time here. The hotel sits among great malls and loads of places to eat, so getting out and exploring was simple. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Affran and Eorn deserve a special mention for adding such a personal touch. A great base if you want to stay in the middle of things and get good service.

Dream made check-in feel warm and welcoming, and his attentiveness, professionalism, and care left a lasting impression on me. The rest of the staff were helpful, polite, and proactive throughout our stay as well. Our room was modern, comfortable, and very clean, which made it easy to relax at Novotel.

Before we even arrived, the team helped me sort out a booking mistake. I’d chosen the wrong dates through a third-party site on a non-refundable, non-cancellable rate, but they helped me rebook the right dates at a higher rate, subject to approval and availability, and refunded the original amount. Their flexibility made a stressful situation much easier. Nina and Jeena were cheerful and courteous during our stay, and kindly offered a complimentary upgrade and early check-in, subject to availability. The location was convenient, our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone at the hotel seemed welcoming and smiley. We had a fantastic time and will stay here again next visit. Absolutely fabulous! ❤️

I was touched when Ms. Palmy sent a fruit basket to my room in the evening. Earlier, when I fell ill during my stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam, she quickly arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Because of my multiple drug allergies, I was advised to go to the hospital, and she made sure it was all handled properly. Her kindness and care made for a wonderful experience. Excellent service and genuine hospitality, highly recommended! 🌟
