My friends and I stayed for five days, and everything was great, even better than we expected. The hotel lived up to the reviews, and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely return.

The one real positive was being fairly close to BTS, with plenty of local eateries around. Otherwise, this was the worst and most horrible stay I’ve had, despite traveling to Thailand many times and visiting many places. There were two adults and a nine-year-old in my family. The booking clearly listed a double bed and bunk bed, but only the double was made up, with one blanket and two pillows. The bunk had no bedding. When I politely asked them to prepare it, staff said it was an extra bed, not included, and asked for more money. After we argued for a while, the owner realized the mistake and offered the bunk bed for free, which should have been included since I had already paid. The hotel is down a small, dark alley. There’s a restaurant there during the day, and the street is quite dirty. The bathroom drain didn’t work well and smelled like a sewer the whole time. Staff were cold, never smiled, and acted as if helping me was a burden. I’ll never return or recommend it. If I could, I’d give it zero stars. Think carefully before booking if you don’t want your trip ruined.

The room was very clean and had all the basics, and the air conditioning was very cold. The receptionist auntie was really nice and helpful. They offer laundry service, and there are snacks, cup noodles, and cup congee in the lobby. Nearby you’ll find massage, restaurants, a seven eleven, and local food sellers. Ratchatewi Station is a four-minute walk, Pratunam is 15 minutes away on foot, and other parts of Bangkok are close too.

It was quiet, clean, and had good Wi-Fi. I chose it for the nearby BTS, and the staff were friendly. There’s good food close by and a laundry across the street.
