The room was a bit small, and I couldn't put my suitcase down, but the cleanliness and service were perfect. The staff's friendliness and honesty impressed us most. Special thanks to the reception staff, Vedat from the breakfast team, and everyone else. They made us feel at home. I booked Hotel Grand Istanbul based on the reviews for a 6-day stay at the end of Aprel, and it was definitely the right choice. Breakfast is free but modest, and the location is excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Istanbul.

Muhammed Nassim was a big plus, so friendly and helpful that he was the reason we decided against looking for another hotel. The internet and location are both good. The top-floor rooms look really good, though the other floors are much less nice. Room cleaning could also be better.

For the price, it's a good hotel. I liked the place, and the staff were great, with nice rooms too.

The rooms are a bit small, but the cleanliness and service were perfect. The staff were so friendly and honest. Muhammed at reception, Vedat from the breakfast team, and all the other employees made us feel right at home. We stayed with my family at Hotel Grand Istanbul for 3 days at the end of October. I'd booked based on the reviews, and it was definitely the right choice. We'll choose this hotel again when we visit Istanbul. 🌟

Mr Nasim was so helpful and had such good behavior, it's hard to explain just how good he was. I stayed from April 28 / 25 to May first/25. The price was affordable, my room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly. I really recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Mr Nasim for your good service 🙏
