I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but people should know what they might be paying for. My room was shockingly dirty for a Travelodge. The cups weren't clean, so I didn't use them for drinks, and there were stains on the sheets on both beds. The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty too. The shower was awful, water spilled onto the floor and soaked everything. It seemed badly designed. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and let me check in early, which I appreciated. They were polite when I had questions. There was a decent food choice at the bar, which I believe may be open 24/7, though don't rely on that. The location worked well for my concert: it's near Stratford stations, about a 10-20 minute walk, and a bus goes straight to the O2.

The view of the Stratfort Skyline from room 419 and above was amazing. You can also walk to the Stadium and the olympic park in just a few minutes, and the DLR (Subway) is a two-minute walk away. Service was to a high standard. The room wasn't bad, though it could have been better, and while I thought the hotel was expensive, all hotels in the London area are.

We chose this place for its convenience to Abba Voyage, but we wouldn't stay again. The room needed a deep clean, with blood on the carpet and a thick layer of dust under the bed. There isn't much around the hotel, with no bars or restaurants, and the building site opposite started work at 8am on Saturday. It looks as if the site will stay active all year.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. At first the room seemed clean and comfortable. But during my stay I noticed bites and signs that left me worried there might be bed bugs and concerned about the bed's cleanliness. Everything else was fine, but this had a big effect on my stay. I hope management takes the concern seriously and inspects and treats the rooms thoroughly to help prevent this happening to future guests.

We were about a 10-minute walk from the ABBA Arena, which was handy for the ABBA Voyage show. The bar staff gave good service, and the food was okay and reasonably priced. The room looked clean at first, but I later spotted sauce marks on the wall. The tea and coffee tray and the coffee machine also looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
