The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great for getting to the SkyTrain. What stood out most was the staff, especially at the front desk, DuShay (executive housekeeper), and Isabel. I left an item in the room while checking out for an early flight and called from the airport. DuShay secured it right away and gave me several ways to get it back. When I returned a month later for another trip, Isabel quickly retrieved it. Excellent customer service!

I knew the rooms would be tiny, and stayed 12/27/25. Mine was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. They’d go out of their way to say hello and ask if we needed anything. I had a great experience.

We came for a work trip with the kids, and the staff were friendly and helpful with everything. After we first checked in to a smaller room and went to the store, the assistant manager told us she’d move us to a bigger room with a kitchen because we had the kids. There was no extra charge, and they kept us on the same floor so we didn’t have to move far. Keischa and Tammy at reception were amazing and so helpful. The valet was sweet, kind, and helpful too. My family and I had an amazing stay. I’ll recommend it and come back for the next work trip!

Valet parking is mandatory, which seemed quite unnecessary since you can see the parking lot from the hotel. The rooms and staff were nice. It’s close to the skyline train and very convenient for the airport, but quite far from touristy activities.
