Trash was scattered around the property, the pool looked like a swamp, and the grass was about two feet tall. Broken A/C units were still attached to rooms, smashed up, and foul mattresses were piled beside overflowing dumpsters. Some rooms stood open with nobody inside. The whole place was filthy, smelly, and trashed. If anyone’s brave enough to stay, I hope they’re current on their tetanus shot and not afraid of ghosts. I’m almost sure it’s haunted. They should close it ASAP.

We booked online through a third party, but when we arrived they said they’d cancelled our reservation because they were full. Honestly, I’m glad they did. The place was horrible and should be closed. I saw a woman come in with her two kids and run back out. She said the room was disgusting and got her money back. Awful, I wouldn’t give it any stars.

We’ve stayed in run-down places before, but this one was a complete dump. I booked through Agoda, and the property looked abandoned when we arrived: no cars, damaged or missing roof shingles, grass about two feet high, and most rooms without drapes. We drove around back to the office after spotting a couple of cars and hoped it might be better there. It wasn’t. The mildew smell at the front desk was overpowering. After I gave my name and reservation number, the man said they didn’t take reservations at all. The owner came out and confirmed they hadn’t received anything from Agoda or accepted online bookings. Agoda customer service spoke with the owner, confirmed my account, and refunded me. I found another place nearby. Stay away.

As soon as we pulled up, I knew we couldn’t stay. The buildings looked like they were falling apart, and we were the only people around. There was a roach crawling on the counter at check-in. The first room the woman showed us was the most disgusting I’ve ever seen, with roaches all over the walls and carpet. I had nightmares about it, and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone had been killed there. She offered to show another room, but it smelled awful and still had someone else’s belongings inside. I refused to stay, but she wouldn’t refund me because I’d booked online. I don’t know how the health department hasn’t shut it down. Do not stay here.
