I've stayed here several times on work trips. The rooms have been clean and spacious, and the front desk staff are kind and efficient. Suite sizes differ. The first room I had was especially roomy, with a kitchenette, desk, small sofa that folded out to a bed, and a large bathroom for a hotel. The next two were a bit smaller but had a similar layout. The breakfast area is small, and choices aren't extensive, but it's the usual basics: make-your-own breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and a few small pastries.

The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They spoke to me in a cold, arrogant, condescending way, acting dismissive and disrespectful, with no basic courtesy or service. Their aggressive, disdainful tone left me very uncomfortable and offended. I'm furious and deeply disappointed by the terrible treatment.

It's a simple place, but the room is well designed and the shower is nice. The facilities are clean, there's warm breakfast each day, and the on-site washer and dryer worked well. I've stayed before and would come again. It's close enough to Reston town center to be convenient, and walkable on a nice day.

The stay was okay and the food was good, but the pullout bed in the couch had a huge stain. I couldn't tell if it was blood or urine, but it was nasty. You can tell they don't really deep clean. We stayed in room 428 from Jan 9th-12th.

The room and service were okay, and the food was mediocre. The janitor rolled her eyes when you walked by. I wouldn't return because there's no pool. The outdoor fire pit had no gas, and there was a bee or hornet nest outside in the outdoor area. There were much better hotels around.
