Sleep Inn & Suites Huntsville near U.S. Space & Rocket Center

I’ve been here for work for a few weeks and wish I’d found this hotel sooner. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the internet is fast. The staff are amazing, and whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve sorted it out quickly. I can’t say enough good things, 10 stars.

The location is great, close to lots of bars and restaurants, and the free breakfast has a nice variety. I’ve stayed here several times on business and the quality has stayed consistent, from the service and cleanliness to the amenities. The rooms and shared areas are very clean, and every staff member I’ve met has been friendly and professional. I’d recommend it for work or leisure.

The breakfast in the morning was actually pretty good. The front desk person was very nice when we arrived, and the hotel looked clean at first. But our bathroom was disgusting, with a filthy floor and mold in the shower that needed cleaning. The caulking badly needs to be redone. Our phone had no cord. When I went downstairs, I was told half the rooms had no phone service. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the carpet was dirty, and the drapes were falling down. The hotel needs serious money spent on repairs.

The room was very clean, and the desk service was great, with good manners. There was a slight musty or moldy smell, I can’t tell which, but I quickly got used to it.
