For work trips, No Vacancy suits me well since I don't need lots of extra amenities. It feels like a cozy apartment within walking distance of my office. I've stayed about half a dozen times and try a different suite each visit. The decor changes from room to room, but the comfort is dependable. Management communicates well and works hard to make sure the stay exceeds expectations. Highly recommend.

The no-contact check-in made everything easy, and we didn't need to interact with staff. We appreciated the heads-up about possible nighttime noise from the bar or public areas, though Studio 8 was quiet and we didn't hear anything. The room was cozy, cute, and full of vintage character. We loved spending time at Le Lounge downstairs, and nearby bars and restaurants were easy to reach on foot. There’s also a shared hangout space and an outdoor courtyard outside Studio 8, which would be fun with friends. It was too cold to enjoy the courtyard this time, but we'll return when it's warmer. We stayed at Hotel No Vacancy for our anniversary and loved it.

We’ve been here three times now for quick weekends in KC, and have loved every visit. It feels private while still being fun, and the rooms are cozy and cool with lovely views. The rooftop patio is our favorite place to hang out.

After traveling a long way, I was grateful for how responsive and helpful the staff were with guidance along the way. The property was beautiful and peaceful, and the bed and ambience were amazing. As a solo traveler, I couldn't have picked a better place. I'll be back soon.

I was in town for work and decided to treat myself. It was lovely to unwind here after a long day, and the vibe was great. One night there was quite a bit of noise coming up from the bar downstairs, but it didn't bother me. The lively atmosphere actually lulled me to sleep.
