Chris made a real difference during my stay. He was so kind, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and I felt at home straight away. A really pleasant stay with great service. I'd recommend it.

The reception staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional, with zero customer service. Parking was extremely limited, and they clearly didn't care whether guests could find a space. The area also felt very bad and unsafe. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I won't stay here again. Avoid this place.

It's an older hotel and the rooms aren't new, but it's well managed and kept immaculate. The cleaning makes the place feel fresh, and for the price, what you get feels right. It's in the center of Korea town, with easy access to shops and busses. I booked the wrong dates and was short by one day. They didn't kick me out or punish me. They were super nice, explained how to book the extra night, and even offered a way to get the best price. That Korean owned business brings an Asian touch and sensitivity to the place. The service was outstanding.

My car was broken into on my first night. There are security cameras in the parking lot, but they didn't help, and security overall felt weak. At check-in I had to sign a waiver saying the hotel wasn't responsible for theft or damage. It makes me wonder whether this has happened before. When I told the staff, they showed little concern and just reminded me I'd signed the form. If this isn't the first incident, they really need to improve security for future guests. I'm not saying this to hurt the business. I hope they take it seriously and make changes. I wouldn't stay again unless they do.
