Stuart Hotel

The noise was unbearable, and there were sketchy people staying there who seemed to be on drugs. Bugs were all over the room as soon as I walked in. Then a rat came out when I turned off the lights. I went to the front desk, but they didn't want to reimburse me. Report this place to the health officials. It needs to be shut down.

I got bitten by a bed bug while sleeping in that filthy bed. The toilet had something disgusting in it and smelled so bad I threw up. There were cockroaches in the sheets and bird poop everywhere. I checked out and got sick from how gross the place was. Then a rat chased after me in the hotel. I nearly shit myself. Never go here!

The staff were accommodating, and the room was huge for the price, with two queen beds and a fridge. We booked it as a cheap place to sleep after a day at Universal, and it did the job, though the stay was an unpleasant adventure. Someone compared it to a dive bar that only punks would like, and that's not a place for an average family. We probably wouldn't return because of safety concerns. There were blood spots that my friend thought could be signs of bed bugs, though we didn't find any. We also saw a tiny roach in the bathroom, stained walls, rust, leftover smoke smell, and a bathroom door that hadn't been repaired properly. The room was clean, but not clean enough. The neighborhood didn't feel fully safe, with lots of garbage and broken glass in the parking lot, where there are trailer parks and homeless people. I'd pay the extra $10 for gated parking to protect the car.

The room had a terrible smell as soon as we entered. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the sheets were crusty and clearly had been used before. There was broken glass on the floor by a broken window. Absolutely horrible, don't stay here.
