Tuscan Garden Inn

I spent four nights here to be near the crypto arena. The AC was really cold and great quality, but the rest of the room had problems. The bed frame and lights were broken when we arrived, so they had to replace the bulbs. The hair dryer was broken too and had to be replaced. Water pressure was very low, and the sheets kept sliding off no matter how much I fixed them. The neighborhood felt very ghetto, like skid row just a few blocks away. The streets were dirty, there was a foul smell while walking along the sidewalks, and transients were all over the streets and in front of the hotel. I definitely won't book on booking.com again. Only book this hotel if you're in a bind and need a cheap room.

The room phone didn't work, so you couldn't call the main office from it if you needed to. The room was nothing spectacular, just a solid place to sleep for one night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Keep any valuables in your vehicle secured or hidden.

I was there at about 11:00 AM, but the desk clerk said an early room would cost another $50.00 since check-in was at 3:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. I passed. A nearby inn let me into a room as soon as I arrived, with no early check-in fee.

The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for getting to all my events. The room was clean, though there was a roach right above the bed on the ceiling. They also wouldn’t give us more than one key or enough clean towels for everyone. I think that may be an owner issue.
