The owners were really helpful when we needed extra towels and when we realized we'd forgotten something. We booked all the rooms with friends, so I got to see them all. The bed with twinkle lights was especially relaxing. The rooms were comfy and the common area was spacious and full of sunlight. We had a great stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Check-in was quick, and the host was upfront about prices and fees from the start. I was shown my room and had no noise bother me. The home and room were spotless, and the free extras came in handy, like morning coffee and water at night. I've had a tremendous experience and would recommend staying here, 10/10.

The hospitality and little details were luxury level, and the whole place has its own vibe, a hotel, a BnB, somebody's crib. The multi-unit space is huge, with a fully stocked kitchen, modern stove and appliances, and a living room that makes you think. Those Dman near floor-to-ceiling windows give an amazing skyline view, especially at night. It's one of the most beautiful, comfortable, creative setups I've seen, modern and stylish and curated for the culture. I hope it grows into a franchise, with spots in the floss, stuy, Queens, and elsewhere. Go check them out, you're missing a tier we didn't know we needed.

We arrived at 4 pm for a 3 pm check-in and had to find parking three blocks away in the rain. Nobody was there when we got to the house. We were told to wait 10 minutes, but nearly 40 went by before someone staying in one of the rooms helped us get inside. In my experience, the service was terrible. We stayed about 30 minutes, then left because the place looked nothing like the pictures. There are many rooms in one house, and our room had no private living room or bathroom, just a small TV and an uncomfortable bed. There was no air conditioning either. The neighborhood felt dangerous, and there was no parking. They charged us a $100 security deposit, took a day to check the room after we left, and eventually returned less than the full amount. Please don't stay here unless you have no other option.
