The suite was in a quiet residential neighborhood, about a seven minute walk from the M and R subway station. It was easy to pick up fruit, bread, and drinks nearby. The place itself felt quite old, with a very small toilet and a loud air conditioner. When I arrived, I realized this was a private residence with no staff at a counter. I called customer service, who spoke English, to get the room number and password, then checked myself in. It was a daily rental suite. Wi-Fi was available, but it took a long call and a lot of broken English on my end before I got the right password.

The sports court across the street was a favorite, I could get some exercise there every morning. I visited New York with my family, and the people helping us were wonderful, speaking both Spanish and English and giving us useful help with transport and places to see. We also loved the comfortable apartment and its location. Five stars for this host. I’d gladly stay with MOBLAT again whenever we’re back, and recommend it 100%.
