Truss Hotel Times Square

I’ve stayed here in summer and winter, and the AC was excellent while the room stayed perfectly warm during a winter storm. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and housekeeping cleans them daily. The staff are attentive and warm, always ready to help. It’s a great location, a short walk from Hudson Yards and near major subway lines. I’ve been here before and will definitely stay again. Well worth it.

We’d never been to New York before, and this hotel made the trip easy for us Canadians. The front desk helped us with pizza recommendations and walked us through the New York map. We were also able to get into our room before the stated check-in time, which was great. We stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend, within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway shows, and the subway. Service was great. We did have one small issue with the water heater, but once we told them, management came by and got straight to work fixing it. Couldn’t have asked for better help. Thank you!

Jessy made my stay at Trust Hotel Times Square especially good. The staff received my Amazon packages before I arrived, and when I checked in, Jessy handed them over, already organized and ready. He was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the stay, and helped me again at checkout. The room was very clean and much larger than many New York hotel rooms, which I appreciated. The shower had incredible water pressure and felt great after a long day. The location is excellent, close to Penn Station and convenient for getting around on my business trip. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this comfortable, well-located hotel again. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a great stay here toward the end of last year. Jessy was awesome, friendly, and helpful throughout, and really made us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, everything was clean, and the whole experience was excellent. We’d definitely stay again.
