This place needs better management and an actual housekeeper. I asked for towels over three days and never got any. The housekeeper seemed nonexistent, and there was no Wi-Fi because it was always down. The pool wasn't open, and neither was the third-floor balcony. The manager and the check-in lady were both super rude and uncaring. One night, some random person I didn't recognize knocked on my door late. My room door was hard to open because the lower part was cut.

We planned to stay two nights, but after checking in we had no towels, toilet tissue, or hand soap. The office said housekeeping would come in the morning. We needed toilet paper right away, so I explained that there was a woman in the room, and they did give me one roll. I'd give this a negative rating if that were an option.

There are rats and roaches, and the front desk staff are horrible. The man there was very rude. He marked my room unoccupied, and three guys nearly walked in while I was sleeping naked. Don't stay here if you have a choice. Now I see why the place has one star.

I was repeatedly bitten by bed bugs. When I called to ask for a different room, they said I was lying and claimed all the mattresses had been replaced. The place was nasty and dirty, and management and the owners were no help. Please keep driving. Don't stop here, it's a trap and a hazard in North Little Roxk.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. What we found was the complete opposite, more like a truck stop.
