The room was comfortable and had plenty of space, though it didn't feel as nice as other Springhill suites I've stayed in. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with hair on the shower wall, and the old tile, tub, and shower head are due for a remodel. You can tell the building is aging from the smell when you first walk in. They charge $10 for parking, which seems odd for a spot in an office park and strip mall area where I'd expect parking to be free.

The beds were nice, but the rooms had that damp, musty smell. For the price, this felt closer to a Quality Inn than the other Marriotts I stay at around the country, and as a Titanium member I wouldn't come back. The bathroom had black stuff on the shower floor and water stains on the glass and fixtures, which is why I travel with cleaning products now. Breakfast runs only 6:30-9:00, so what's the point? My TV didn't show my name and status, and I had to enter my streaming details again each time I wanted to watch something. Paying for parking was another reason to look elsewhere.

Presley at the front desk was gracious and sorted out an extended stay that conflicted with my original reservation. I'd booked the wrong hotel by mistake on an important work trip, so I really appreciated the help. I spent 70 nights in Hilton hotels last year, and service like this could get me to switch to Marriott for my regular corporate travel.

The staff were the most unprofessional group I've ever dealt with. Marriot, please do better. Don't waste your time or money here!

We had a quick, easy stay near the airport. Parking was accessible, getting to our room was simple, and the room was clean with plenty of extra blankets and space for three of us. I wish there'd been another full-length mirror with better lighting for makeup, since we had to take turns at the brightest one. But what hotel ever gets that right? I'd stay again.
