The service was friendly and helpful, but my room was very basic and didn’t look like the pictures. Breakfast was just two bread rolls, a Babybel, and coffee. It was okay, but no more than that.

I only ate at the hotel restaurant, but the meal was high quality. Everything was beautifully prepared and came out hot and quickly. The waiters and waitress were really friendly. I had a nice experience and will definitely come back.

The room was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is about two minutes from the tram, and they give you a free ticket for all public transport. The people were kind and the service was excellent. I’d recommend staying here.

The staff were very nice, and breakfast was generous, though mediocre. The room itself was clean but very basic, with youth hostel style decor. The bed was too soft, the TV didn’t work, and there was no kettle. It was also very noisy, with every sound from the next rooms coming through. I wouldn’t want to stay again.

For three days in Geneva, it was pretty okay. The apartment was clean and breakfast was decent. The hotel is central and close to a tram stop, though the furniture could use an update.
