Our room was spacious and tidy, and breakfast had plenty of variety and was filling as well as tasty. The staff were caring and very helpful, so we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is in the heart of Karlovy Vary, tucked away on a quiet side street. I’d happily recommend it, and we’ll definitely come back.

The bed and bedding were comfortable, with good pillows, and the room was cleaned well. They changed the bedding every other day, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and open to our needs. The furniture felt a bit old and dated, though. We stayed for three weeks in September and enjoyed the food and treatment. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the #1 spring water, and we had to walk quite a lot to drink the water. If I get the chance to return to Karlovy Vary, I’ll stay here again.

The private wellness area is a nice perk, and the staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are clean, though they feel old-fashioned. The food, especially dinner, was extremely disappointing.
