There was no staff around in the evening when we needed help. Then after checkout, they accused us of damage without being able to say what was damaged, stopped replying to our questions, and demanded thousands of euros. I don’t know who owns or manages this place, but the service didn’t seem normal for Germany. The quality felt like a cheaper motel by the highway. Stay away if you want to avoid a terrible experience.

The studio-style room was clean and modern, and the atmosphere was nice. Service was super and flexible, and it’s clear management cares about treating customers well. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Very suspicious. They say they don’t accept bookings through a booking website, even though you can clearly still book a room there, and that’s exactly what I did. They tried to charge us twice, and my boyfriend nearly had to sleep outside in -10 degrees. This hotel is a scam!

The hotel was clean and the service was good. It’s close to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, with the city center about 20-30 minutes away.

There’s no reception, but check-in was simple and went smoothly. The room was modern, nicely furnished, and had a great kitchenette. It was also very clean, thanks to the housekeeping team. I’d happily recommend this hotel.
