Gästehaus Englischer Garten

The owners were thoughtful and funny, and I think of them as friends for life. Our two nights there, with just one full day, made my five-year-old son's whole Christmas season. He called the hotel his dream home. The beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel absolutely magical. This was the best experience of our vacation, and one we'll remember for the rest of our lives. I can't say enough wonderful things. I'll definitely return.

There's a lovely back garden where you can relax, and the location is incredible, near the river surfing and Biergartens. The photo shows the view from the hotel garden. We booked two spacious rooms, though both large and small rooms are available, and ours were lovely and comfortable. Service is low-key and unobtrusive, with coffee, wine, and beer available. We loved this place!

Hakan was really helpful, and we loved our stay. The place has an authentic feel and a great location. We'll definitely stay here again.

We woke up each day to birds singing, then had tea in the sitting room or out on the patio. The English Garden is only a 30-second walk away, and there's great food and beer across the street. Everything felt warm and wonderful. Selçuk is a fantastic hotelier, and by the end of our stay we'd become friends. We're so glad we found a place that's affordable and this enjoyable.
