I was in Germany for a conference and spent much of each day away, but Olympiaa Hotel was a calm, comfortable place to return to and recharge. My room was cozy, neat, and had what I needed, and the facilities were well maintained and organized. The staff were warm, professional, and helpful from check-in through check-out. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the care taken to make guests comfortable. I’d recommend Olympiaa Hotel for business or leisure and hope to stay again.

I spent around two months here on a business trip, and it was just right for a comfortable stay. There’s a kitchen with enough utensils to cook a meal or pack lunch for the office, and a supermarket right next door makes grocery shopping easy. The location is easy to reach, near Gern U-Bahn station and OlympiaPark West Tram Station. Olympia Einkauf Zentrum is just 2-3 U-Bahn stops away, with lots of shopping, and OlympiaPark is a few stops away for an evening walk.

I paid over €600 in 2019 for a hotel stay planned for Oktoberfest 2020, but then the COVID-19 pandemic happened. The manager Maximilian kindly told me I could use the stay at a later date, and the hotel kept the money instead of refunding it. No deadline was mentioned. I could only return to the region in 2025, when the hotel said all deadlines had expired. They offered no alternative, not even a discount or another gesture of hospitality. Based on what happened, I strongly advise travelers to be cautious about cancellations, postponements, and exceptional circumstances when booking here.

A very bad hotel. It’s outdated, smells bad, and there was a strange noise throughout the place. The staff weren’t willing to do anything about the noise. The garage itself is nice, but the instructions for entering and opening all the gates are very poor. There’s a kitchen with stoves, but no cooking utensils, pots, or pans.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast was good. We visited München with a friend and found it well connected to both the city center and the train station.
