Nena Apartments München City East

At Hotel Nena Apartments München City East, the apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, with modern amenities and a cozy feel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of with a smile. Check-in and checkout were both smooth, and I had an absolutely delightful stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a top-notch experience in Munich.

The breakfast is really good quality, especially the bagels and croissants. The decor is modern and fun, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I come to Munich every couple of months for work and had got tired of the usual Holiday Inn type hotels, so now I stay here. Having a table, chairs, and a little kitchen is such a treat: I can work without balancing my laptop on my knees, and make a hot meal when I don't feel like going to a restaurant.

We loved the little candy bar and games in the recreation area, and the hosts were lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They also make great pizza, and the wine was delicious! My daughter and I stayed for a nearby event for a couple of days. Getting there from the city centre was easy by direct tram, and a bus took us to our event. With local supermarkets close by, we could pick up food for the apartment. We had a pleasant stay and will be back. Thanks so much!

Our personal information, including all our details, was leaked or sold to scammers. That's extremely serious and unacceptable. They blamed Booking.com instead of taking responsibility. Then a serious family emergency meant we had to cancel, and they charged the full amount without considering any solution, partial refund, or cancellation fee. Their ethics and treatment of customers are completely messed up. I would never trust this hotel again. Stay away.
