Unite Hostel Barcelona

The social spaces made it easy to meet travelers from around the world, and the hostel had a fun but relaxed atmosphere. My bed was comfortable, the facilities were well cared for, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with recommendations or anything else I needed. Unite Hostel Barcelona felt modern and clean from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back! ☀️

The location was fantastic, with La Rambla, the beach, and loads of great restaurants all within walking distance. It was clean, friendly, and felt secure, even needing key cards to get up in the elevator. I’d definitely return and recommend it! I stayed for about a week on my own, sharing with 7 strangers, and had an AWESOME time. The shower was a little annoying because it only turns on in short bursts, and there were a few tiny black ants crawling around. Apart from that, it was awesome, and the location was PERFECT.

The room layouts offer very little privacy, and having a toilet and shower inside each room makes a lot of noise for anyone trying to sleep, at any hour. The hostel is so large that it’s hard to recognize many people, and there’s less of a connection with other travelers. The staff were outright rude, or at best unfriendly, and seemed unhappy to be there. The beds are very nice, and the location is great for the beach and going out. Those are the only real benefits, though. I had high hopes, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bar crawl was a fun way to get out and see Barcelona’s sprawling nightlife. Malika and Lola guided us and did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained. The hostel was also a great place to meet people and socialize, and its location made it easy to explore the city. I spent a week at Unite hostel and loved every day. The rooms were top notch and had a lovely city view. There’s plenty to do in town, and it was a five-star stay for me!
