Victor was incredibly friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for places to go, things to see, and food to try. Best receptionist we had during our three-week European tour. The place itself was nice too. Thanks, Victor.

Viktor was wonderful at reception. He got us checked in and into the room earlier than expected, then went out of his way to help us get back to the airport. When Uber wasn’t working, he called a local cab company for us. The hotel itself is lovely, with a small independent boutique feel. The reception and hallways are beautifully decorated, and it looks even better than the photos. My room was spacious and gorgeous, with a large bathroom and a bath jacuzzi. It feels more like a higher-rated hotel than a 3-star. I’d hope Hotel Vastana has a room available if I come back to Barcelona.

We missed our flight and made a last-minute booking. This is an absolutely stunning hotel, and Victor was so helpful, giving us recommendations and helping us out with everything. A wonderful place to stay.

Victor welcomed me and was very helpful when I arrived. The rest of the front-of-house team were friendly and helpful too, especially the woman who arranged a taxi for me at checkout, though I didn’t catch her name. It’s a great spot, well connected, and everything is within walking distance.

A good, very modern hotel, and our room had a jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren’t the best. The room got really stuffy and hot, so don’t leave the heat on while you sleep.
