Aubamar arranged a complimentary dinner and an unexpected room upgrade, and even set up a late checkout for our evening flight without any hassle. Those gestures made the stay even more special. The Guest Experience team also deserves a mention for thoughtful touches that create memorable moments and help the resort stand out. Service was the real highlight. Every staff member was friendly, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile. I've worked in hospitality for over 20 years, so I pay close attention to service, and Aubamar truly excels. We had a fantastic week, and at 25 weeks pregnant I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. The resort had what we needed for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast had an extensive selection, and the lunch and dinner menus offered plenty of variety. Towels were easy to get at the pool, spa, and gym. The hotel was impeccably maintained and housekeeping kept everything spotless. One bit of feedback: I would have liked more alcohol-free choices, including beers, wines, and prosecco. The mocktails were already very good. A short tour of the resort on arrival might also help some guests get to know the facilities. Thank you to the whole Aubamar team. We'd happily return.

The pools were big and clean, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with large spaces and a full range of choices. It's just a two-minute walk from the sea, and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the coffee, which didn't taste good. I think Spain can do better coffee. Thanks for the experience.

Rosanna, the Guest Experience Manager, made a real difference to our holiday. She was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond, and clearly loves her job. Aubamar is lucky to have her. Breakfast was lovely, with a good range from fresh pastries and fruit to cooked options and very good coffee. We also enjoyed the relaxing rooftop terrace. The pool areas had plenty of sunbeds, the spas were fabulous and included, and direct beach access was a big bonus. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and spotless. Our room had a stunning sea view. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and glad to help. We just returned from a week there, and it's honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Thank you to the Aubamar team, especially Rosanna. We'll be back!

Dinner brought different dishes and salads each evening, and breakfast had a good variety of cold cuts, freshly cooked fried eggs or omelettes, prosecco, and excellent coffee. The only change I'd suggest is serving some food, especially the meat, a little hotter. My wife also enjoyed a relaxing spa massage. We had a great stay at Aubamar Palma Resort. Our family room on the 12th floor had a sea view that was especially beautiful at sunset. It was clean, and the baby cot fit perfectly; they also provided a small baby bathtub. Many thanks to Rocsana from Customer Experience for her kindness and support. The hotel is well located, a five-minute walk from the beach, with several shops right in front. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything spotless. We could use Parking No. 2 with the hotel access card, which was convenient, though free parking on nearby streets was also easy to find. We'd happily return.
