Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume

The service was the part that really stood out. Everyone, from reception and the bar to the restaurant and housekeeping, was warm, peaceful, and smiling. Special thanks to Joaquim and Daniella, it was a pleasure meeting you. Even with our two very active kids, we managed to get proper rest because of the care we received. We spent five days at Gloria de Sant Jaume, and the charming hotel was finished with an attention to detail I rarely see. The spa was lovely, and with its limited number of rooms, the place has an exclusive feel. Our duplex suite worked perfectly for us and the kids, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we'll definitely be back!

We loved the cocktails and the delicious breakfasts. This boutique hotel has a perfect location, excellent facilities, and a spa that's a nice touch. Every staff member provided exemplary service.

The staff made this one of the best hotels I've stayed at. They gave us a tour when we arrived, shared daily ideas for places to visit and eat, and left little biscuits in our room each evening. They paid each guest real attention and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel sits on a quiet street in the old town center. It's spotless, with a lovely breakfast every morning, a stunning spa and pool, and beautiful details like mosaic floors and high wood-beamed ceilings. The bar and restaurant are great too. Five-star luxury, and you won't regret staying here.

Little things showed how closely the team paid attention. Our favorite tea arrived within minutes whenever we called, morning or evening, and we never had to repeat what we liked. They even remembered which cereal my son preferred and made sure it was sent to the room. Those details made a real difference and showed how much they cared. The staff were warm and sincere every time we interacted, helped us with valet parking, and went out of their way to plan our time in Mallorca. We've stayed in many places, but this was easily the best. The attentive hospitality made it a memorable experience, and five stars don't do it justice. If you're considering booking, you'll be in very good hands.
