HM Jaime III Hotel

The spa was a welcome place to relax before or after exploring the area, and the breakfast had a good selection. The restaurant fills up quickly, so arrive early to get a table. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel was spotless throughout. It's in a fabulous location, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend it, and we'll book here again on our next visit to Palma.

The staff were so nice, welcoming, and efficient, and everything worked perfectly. We loved the spacious rooms with all new utilities. The location was great and breakfast was good. Such a great experience, this fantastic hotel is a pleasure to recommend. Loved it.

The location made it easy to walk around Palma, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had, with a huge selection, and the other meals I tried were excellent too. They even offered a complimentary glass of cava. The property was immaculate and felt refined without being stuffy. There was a booking problem for my extra nights on December 30th and 31st, which I knew would be a very busy time. I called before checking out to confirm, only to hear that the reservation wasn’t showing and the hotel was full. Management took it on personally and assured me they’d sort it out. When I came back, I was delighted to find a spacious room overlooking the street, with lovely views, a comfortable sitting area, and a modern bathroom with a plush terry robe. It felt like a thoughtful gesture, and turned a worrying start into a memorable stay. I’d happily return.

The beds were lovely and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is well located, with a bus stop just across the road for trips to and from the airport. The only reason I gave it four stars was that the steam room wasn’t working properly, the stone beds barely seemed to heat up, and the hallways were very dark. We’d definitely come back.
