Staycatalina Boutique Hotel Apartments

We had a fantastic seven-night stay in a ground-floor studio at StayCatalina Boutique Apartments. Felix was welcoming from the start and happy to explain the local area. Our flight was delayed by over three hours, but that wasn’t a problem. The apartment looked just like the pictures, maybe even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blackout curtains for a good sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. The terrace was lovely, though the weather meant we didn’t use it as much as we could have. The location is brilliant. You can walk to the port and into central Palma in 20 minutes, with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. There are also lots close to the apartment, including Turpial Cocktail Bar, Jonny's Dhaba, Vermuteria La Rosa, 0es3, and many more. Parking can be difficult, as we already knew. The apartment is in the blue paid zone, where you pay in two-hour blocks, though it’s free on Saturday evenings and all Sunday. Across Carrer d'Espartero is the free white zone, and if you’re lucky you can find a spot three minutes away on foot. You can also be unlucky and drive around in circles, hoping someone leaves at just the right moment. You don’t need a car unless you want to explore the island’s more rural areas. We’d love to stay again.
