My room was small, but just right for a solo stay: clean, with a comfortable bed, a great hot shower, and a window opening onto the street. There’s a nice pub attached and a really good breakfast spread. The train station is only a 3-5 minute walk away, and it’s an easy walk to the historic center. Great value so close to the Old Town, and a perfect base for the Christmas markets. I’d definitely stay again.

For a short stay, it was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located near both the train station and the city center, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was quite small and could use some renovation. Breakfast was decent, but the choice was a bit limited.

10/10
The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent: about 5mins from the train station and close to the main tourist attractions. I stayed in a double room that exceeded my expectations. It was clean, had A/C and a hardwood floor, and the bathroom, though small, had everything needed and seemed recently renovated. I’d definitely come back to Strasbourg and recommend this hotel to others.

It’s an older building, but the location is perfect. The staff are attentive and helpful. Good hotel.

The staff were helpful, but loud music from the restaurant downstairs was an issue. The lift wasn’t working, so I had to carry my bags up the steep, narrow stairs.
