A very clean room for three, with a fantastically comfortable bed. This guest house is run by a warm, caring family, and it was a fantastic choice for our stay. I’d happily return whenever I get the chance.

Spotlessly clean and quiet, with a wonderful, very helpful gentleman running the guesthouse. The accommodation was great, close to the city centre and to Loudons, a fab spot for breakfast or lunch.

The host is an absolute delight. They serve a full hot Scottish breakfast, and the rooms have been updated while keeping the original architecture beautiful.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was really good. I loved this guesthouse and would come back. The people were friendly and welcoming, and my room was very clean, warm and modern. It’s conveniently placed for city buses, the cinema, shops, gambadoo for kids and the city center. Highly recommend.
