The room was comfortable and had everything the three of us needed, and breakfast was cooked perfectly and served promptly each morning. The fresh perculated coffee warmed us up for the day too. Our hosts were two of the nicest people we’ve met, attentive to all the little details. It’s just a short distance from Skegness Town centre, the Pier and The Seal Sanctuary. Off-road parking may be available when the season is quiet. We’d gladly stay again if we’re back in this lovely area. Thank you both 😊👍

We booked at the last minute after a tough time for my wife following knee surgery, and rodger and his wife were so helpful. They even let us check in early so we could park out front. The room was spotless, with fresh white towels and bedding, and breakfast was freshly cooked and fabulous. On our last day my wife had overdone the exercise the day before, so they made toast for me to take back to the room. Thanks again, the five stars are well deserved. See you soon. The madhouse UTB

Roger and Sarah made our three-day visit so comfortable. They were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and breakfast was top notch. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! We’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Roger and Sarah are so welcoming, the room is spotless and has everything we need, and the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is amazing too. Thanks so much, guys, we can’t wait to come back xx

Sarah and Roger made us feel very welcome during a great weekend. They went out of their way to help, and the hotel is lovely. I’d recommend the breakfast to anyone. We’ll definitely come back.
