Barbara was a lovely host, welcoming us warmly and leaving snacks and treats in our room. We enjoyed staying in Santo Spirito Florence, close to amazing restaurants, several wine windows, and Gelaterias, all easy to reach on foot. We hope to return on our next trip to Florence.

A helpful manager and a convenient location. The facilities are average, mostly because the hotel is in a very old building. The room has the standard hotel essentials, but it's a little small. A good option if you're planning to walk all over the city.

Good price, spacious rooms, and the guy running the place is cool. Nights could be loud since you're near some party spots, if noise doesn't bother you. The elevator felt a little sketchy.
