I only ended up here because my flight was cancelled, and this was hands down the worst hotel I've stayed in. The online photos look staged and heavily edited, and the actual place is shabby, outdated, and stuck in another era, with worn furniture. The air conditioning didn't work at all. Lots of reviews mention the same problem, yet the staff acted like they were hearing about it for the first time. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the price reasonable. It's close to Polimi (Polytechnic Univ Milano), and breakfast was good.

Small rooms, but they were fine, clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a charming, kitschy feel, with patterned carpets and an old-fashioned style.

I liked the coffee and the beds were okay, though nothing special. The hotel has a few cozy, romantic touches, but it feels outdated and could use renovation. The air conditioning was especially poor: noisy, but barely cooled the room even though it wasn't particularly hot outside. There may be better options nearby for less.
