The metro is just around the corner, and there’s a supermarket right across the street, so getting around and picking up anything we needed was easy. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was spotless and well looked after, and everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

Waleed checked me in for my stay during the Winter Olympic Games, and the service from him was great. He was always nearby if I needed help. My room was neat and clean, with a lovely terrace view. The location worked really well for getting to Milano and Loretto Metro station. Thanks, Waleed, you’re the best manager. Ciao Vincent Gazzoli.

I barely got the front desk to ask the people next door to quiet down, and it nearly turned into an argument. The walls are drywall, so you can hear everything in the neighboring room, especially screaming children. The hallway floors creak too. Then a front desk “robot” came to my room. A child was screaming right then, but he looked me in the eyes with a surprised expression and said he couldn’t hear any noise. It felt like he was trying to make a fool of me. I regret giving him a generous tip before check-in. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’d rather pay double than go through this again. Choose carefully and don’t make the mistake I did.

Loreto metro is only a two-minute walk away, which made getting around Milan really easy. I was impressed by Hotel Aurelia during my quick city break. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it seemed clear the hotel is under new management and they’re working to improve things.

The staff were so friendly and helped us with everything. We had a very clean room, and the metro nearby made it easy to get around Milan. Really nice place to stay. I’ll come back 😊
