Everything was super clean and safe. Nothing was touched or stolen, and the room was cleaned daily with the fridge restocked. The location in a quiet area was 10/10. The air conditioning and window dumper were useful, and you could make the room completely dark during the day for a nap. There were a lot of different keys to carry around, but it was worth it. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Vatican, 15 minutes to the metro, and 4 minutes to the bus.

The metro is only a 10-minute walk from the Rooms, and the room service was perfect. They kept bringing clean sheets and towels, refilled our fridge with water and juice, and gave us coffee capsules and snacks for free. The room was very clean. I’d definitely stay here again, 10/10.

Chris was a huge help to us. The grounds felt very secure, and there’s a bus stop nearby with the center close by. Our room was very clean, with air conditioning, a TV, and snacks and drinks in the fridge.

Booking two nights in April through booking.com turned into a nightmare. We arrived with family and couldn’t reach anyone at the property. The owner wasn’t available, and there was no sign, name, or indication on the door or bell that it was a room or apartment for guests. It took me hours to find somewhere else to stay. It’s hard to find a room in Rome because smaller hotels lock their doors very early. This felt like a total tourist trap, and I’ve never made such a bad choice. I hope booking.com removes this criminal owner from its page.

Massimo was friendly throughout our stay, and the room was clean and nice. Check-in was quick, even though we arrived late. We'd definitely come back.
