We found the owner very friendly, and he speaks Spanish. The city is beautiful to see, and we’d return. The apartment was spacious and nice for four people, with a kitchen that was adequate, a large bathroom, a good-sized shower and very good Wi-Fi. It’s an eight-minute walk from Plaza San Marcos, but it was difficult to find. I recommend it for families traveling the world.

Stefano gave us a warm welcome and explained how everything worked in the well-equipped, spacious apartment. It’s very well located, with major sights about a 5-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi was 20 Mbps, though not always reliable. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable, and the toaster didn’t work properly. On arrival, the host charged us €50 in total for the tourist tax and late check-in fee for four people. The stay was positive overall, and we’d stay again if we returned to Venice.

A well-equipped, soundproofed place in an excellent location, ideal for exploring the city.
