HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel

Mey made checkout easy for us. She helped with our luggage, called a taxi, and got everything loaded into the car. She even found us a marker to write our details on a box we planned to check in for our flight. Such a thoughtful little thing, and she was kind and professional through it all. The room at Hotel Groove Shinjuku was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They refilled the amenities every day, including slippers, which we don't often see at other hotels, and the washer-dryer was very useful. Service exceeded what we expected, and we'd happily stay here again.

I stayed on the 24th floor and really enjoyed the music-themed rooms and dining restaurant as a music lover and DJ. The hotel is in a great spot in kabuki cho shinjuku, and I had a delicious chef-recommended dinner course on the 17th floor. The suite was comfortable and had gear in every corner. I only wish there were more nice amenities, but it was a worthwhile experience. Highly recommended!

The staff were polite and helpful the whole time, and the breakfast had plenty of good options. We also had dinner there one night and enjoyed it. The room was small, as expected, but thoughtfully set up with what we needed and a super comfortable bed that looked like a super king. We stayed four nights and really enjoyed it. The location was handy for Shinjuku shops, food, and the station. I'd highly recommend it.

I was on the 29th floor, where the city views were amazing and the crowds and noise below felt far away. The neighborhood is very central and close to the train station, though it's busy and touristy, and at times felt a little chaotic and slightly shady. The room was a highlight, surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It came stocked with personal care items, tea, coffee, and bottled water. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help despite reception getting busy. I really enjoyed my one-night stay at Hotel Groove Shinjuku and would recommend it for comfort, convenience, and the views.
