The one letdown was the room I was assigned. I'd reserved a higher-floor Deluxe River View room ahead of time, and since it was a special occasion, I called a couple of days before to confirm and specifically asked for the 3rd or 4th floor. I arrived right at the earliest check-in time, but was told all the higher-floor rooms in that category were already assigned and unavailable. The rest of the stay was lovely. Le Seine faces the Mekong River, with what I think is Vientiane's best riverfront scenery. The night market and many main attractions are within walking distance. The property is thoughtfully put together and feels like a boutique hotel, with nice facilities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent showers. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. I also loved the rooftop bar, with its live music and fantastic river views.

The rooftop is a lovely place to spend an evening, with a magical sunset view, good food, and good wine. Breakfast was complete and good quality. We only tried it once, but it was very good. The team took great care of us throughout our stay. When one of our rooms had a small issue, the manager changed it immediately without any discussion. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the night market, with a view over the Mekong. It's near the city center but away from the noise and hustle. Everything was perfect, and I can only recommend the hotel. Thanks again for the stay, we'll happily come back on our next visit to Vientiane.

Traveling with our kids can be a challenge, but the staff made everything much easier and we really appreciated their care. Mr. Akash, the manager, deserves special thanks. He was very accommodating with our requests and went out of his way to make sure our family had a smooth, pleasant stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and smiling, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. La Seine Boutique Hotel Vientiane has a lovely atmosphere, is comfortable, and is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the whole experience. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vientiane, especially families looking for a warm, well-managed place.

The staff were always attentive and helpful. When my backpack ripped on the way to Laos, they helped me find somewhere to get it repaired. The rooms were spacious and clean, and it was a great hotel for adjusting to the weather and timezone in Laos.

The staff were lovely, professional, and always ready to help. We also had a really good dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and the price felt fair for the quality. Our room was roomy and stylish, with an amazing shower and bathtub, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The city center and night market are about a 10-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay and I’d happily recommend it 🤩🤩
