The location is really good, close to the center but away from the crowds, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. The only downside is that the rooms don't have windows. I guess that's a common southern building style meant to keep rooms cool. I'd recommend it if you want to experience Moroccan flavor in your lodging.

The terrace was sunny and pleasant, with a view over the Mamounia gardens, and the place was very quiet. We had a large, comfortable room and a warm welcome. The location is excellent for walking to everything, including the Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fna Square. There's a small pool, but it wasn't heated, so it was cold in mid-February.

Up on the sun terrace, you can have a home-cooked lunch or dinner, and you really should. It was the best Moroccan food we ate in Marrakech. Youssef and his team will pamper you, just tell them what you need. We had a fantastic eight-day stay. Even though our flight times didn't match check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and Moroccan pancakes. The small courtyard feels cozy and open, while the spacious connecting rooms each have their own charm, blending modern comfort with typical Moroccan style. Birds start chirping at sunrise, which adds to the calm. We had a fantastic time. Thank you and best regards, Kim and Bouchra.

Breakfast was plentiful and ready on time every day, so we could get on with things without waiting. The pool was clean, with plenty of room to sunbathe and relax, and they even let us stay longer for our flight at no extra charge. Staff were so friendly, and the room and common areas were spotless. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the Medina and super close to the city center. A wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it to family and friends.
