Felix Luxury Plus by Viadora

I loved being in Condesa and spent plenty of time walking through the neighborhood and nearby areas, day and night, without any trouble. The street below had great food, shops, and parks, and our balcony connected the space to that view. We stayed on the fifth floor in a stylish, sleek, safe, and homey apartment with three lovely rooms, each with its own full bathroom stocked with what we needed. There was even a washer and dryer with laundry pods. The staff also kindly stored my many bags in the lobby’s safe room for several hours while I waited to check in at my next hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer, and can’t recommend the Felix Viadora enough.

The back bedroom got quite warm, which was the one downside for us. Otherwise, the front desk staff were kind and helpful and made us feel safe, especially Alfredo. The Felix is also well placed for walking to parks, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

The location is terrific, but the rest felt pretty average. Our rooms were just okay, and the service was okay at best. The towels were frayed, and the bathroom nearly flooded while we showered. We also had an air conditioning unit break, and it took us getting very upset before it was fixed.

There was plenty of room for our group of five in the huge apartment, and we were in a very safe neighborhood. The hotel team were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay nice. It’s only a few minutes from some amazing restaurants, too. We had a great stay and hope to come back.
