The shared areas were spotless, and the sheets were clean. The water was hot, though there wasn’t much pressure. Our room floor, on the other hand, was quite filthy when we arrived. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned, but after all the trouble at the start, we let it go. We were moved to the terrace suite after complaining about the awful mattress at another place owned by the same person. It was so worn out that my partner woke up with a metal piece poking into their ribs. Also, be aware the owners have legal issues with other owners in the building over hosting guests against the bylaws. It didn’t cause us any major problems, but the housekeeper held the keys we needed to enter and leave.

There are lots of nice little touches, and they provide cooking supplies. The woman running this shared house was very friendly and attentive. Our room had a bathtub. It was small but comfortable, with a high-tech shower and sauna. I think there’s also a terrace with a jacuzzi, though that option costs a bit more. It isn’t very cheap, but if you want to relax, vacation, or spend time with family, I think it’s worth the price.

They put me in a condominium instead of the advertised hotel, and even sent me to a different spot within the condominium. Sharing a bathroom hadn’t been mentioned in the description. I also couldn’t come and go freely because they only let me into the building until a certain time. The neighbors didn’t seem to like having me there, which made things uncomfortable.

The person looking after the place is very friendly. It’s an apartment in a central area, about 10 minutes from the WTC, with rooms for rent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with their own bathroom and a large TV. Guests can also use the living room and kitchen.

A beautiful, luxurious, and welcoming place, and very clean too. There’s a restaurant and recreational areas nearby, and guests can use the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Excellent place.
