Hotel Jay Suites

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a pretty good shower. The hotel is also close to lots of shops and restaurants. I arrived after a bad bout of food poisoning, and the staff helped with what I needed, including bringing extra toilet paper and water and suggesting foods that might help. I had a good stay and would choose this hotel again if I came back to Kathmandu.

I spent two nights at Jay Suites and had an excellent stay. The airport pick-up went smoothly, the food was delicious, and the staff were polite, friendly, and very hospitable. Highly recommended!

The staff made our long stay in Kathmandu easy, from setting up tours and suggesting local restaurants to arranging laundry pickup and delivery. We had booked a suite with a kitchen, but a last-minute plumbing problem made it unavailable. The hotel gave us two rooms instead and included breakfast every day, which we appreciated. Hotel Jay Suites is simple, with basic rooms and a basic restaurant, so it isn't a five-star place. But the service was caring and attentive, and the value was very good. If you want luxury, look elsewhere. For a warm welcome and a handy base in Kathmandu, it worked really well for us.

Sagar deserves special thanks for being so kind and helpful. He was always smiling and helped with whatever I needed, which made my time in Kathmandu even better. The hotel was calm and pleasant, with clean, comfortable facilities and a very convenient location. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.
