We spent two nights in June in a two-bedroom duplex. The apartment was huge and could fit four adults and two children. The beds were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised they cleaned daily, since I’d read that cleaning was only offered for stays over three nights. There was a working elevator, thankfully. I hadn’t realized the entry code had been emailed a few days before our trip, and it ended up in junk mail. You need it to enter the lobby, so check your inbox and spam folder ahead of time. City tax and check-in were handled contactlessly at a touchscreen kiosk, and that part was pretty seamless. The knives were blunt and couldn’t cut fruit. Water at the sink and shower could swing to very hot or very cold. Still, it was a good stay, and I’d book again if I’m back in Lisbon.

No locker for luggage. The rest was okay, but support was hard to reach, and they wouldn’t allow even a one-hour later checkout.

Once we got past the electronic check-in, the stay was excellent. The process was a challenge for us and two other people. Great location, facilities, and price. There was a small safe, but it didn’t work and wasn’t big enough for an iPad. They should provide one that fits a laptop and documents.

The apartment was clean and nice. Cleaning was running a little late, but we didn’t mind and walked around town while they finished. Check-in was automated and a bit confusing, mostly when it came to getting into the building. I’m sure we just missed some instructions.

The apartments were clean and the location was perfect. The washing machine wasn’t working. Also, there’s no parking, only resident parking. To avoid getting your car clamped, pay to park at the hotel down the road.
