Extended Stay America Suites - Columbia - Northwest/Harbison

The room was huge, clean and had a comfortable bed. I came in late and worn out during a long road trip with my service dog, and the front desk ladies were wonderful. The area felt a little scary, but they made me feel safe and suggested I take everything out of my car and park under the lights. I used their luggage cart to do that.

We had a clean, comfortable room for three nights, and it was close to everywhere my girlfriend and I wanted to go. The person who really made the stay was Kristina at the front desk. Sorry if I got the name wrong, I’m terrible with names, and Max deserves a mention too. The place was clearly understaffed, but Kristina stayed patient, professional and kind, smiling while she helped us with extra towels and silverware. They only had spoons, so we didn’t get the silverware we needed, but she tried, without any attitude. At other places in this price range, I’ve dealt with rude staff, dirty rooms and that “I don’t care” feeling. This wasn’t like that. You can tell Kristina cares about guests and goes above and beyond. And shoutout to her sweet dog Max, the unofficial mascot who adds to the charm. Clean room, decent location, great service. 10/10, I’d stay again.

We’ve been staying here while our family is between homes, and the staff have been so kind and accommodating. They make guests feel welcome and right at home. The rooms and beds are really clean, and it’s clear they care about the property.

A big thank you to everyone who made me feel looked after here. Lori, Amanda, Kristina, Sylvia, the other bright and cheerful person at the front desk, the housekeeping women and gentleman, the gentleman who let me in after hours, and Tim in maintenance all feel like family now. They were polite, friendly and accommodating, to say the least.
